FIABVB International Federation of Beach Volleyball and Volleyball Associations Initiated in Montreux on 20th may 06 by Messrs Jean-Pierre Seppey, Luis Moreno, Idriss Dokony Adiker, Mario Goijman, Charles Panou and Didier Chauvigny. Whom does the FIABVB compose of ? The National Associations, their members, the clubs, the athletes, the coaches, the referees, the officials, public and private persons, all the persons who aim at the objective: supporting and developing Voleyball, Beach Volleyball and all the new relating disciplines all over the six continents including Oceania. What distinguishes FIABVB from other similar Federations ? Her founding will to privilege the Olympic solidarity between people, to listen to the members, athletes or institutions’ needs, to give a real moral and technical support to the underprivileged members first in their country and afterwards at the regional and international level, not to exclude any state or member from our sports practice with regulations contrary to their opinion, political adherence or religious beliefs, to authorize the members to participate to other institutions or organizations competitions without being sanctioned. But also a 100% professional, transparent, ethical and democratic management and cleared out from all the medieval practices who brought shame on certain persons and certain sports. Who can be member ? Everybody. Organized National Federations or informal organizations. Athletes or persons supporting them. Members who will sign officially our Constitution or observers who will participate to our programs. Why to be member ? To defend another idea for a professional and fun sport. For a real communication between the athletes of all the countries. And indeed, to get really the technical and financial means in order for you to develop Volleyball and Beach Volleyball in your direct environment. How to contact us ?
