DENMARK WILL HOST THE FIABVB FOUNDING CONGRESS (Montreux, 8th October 2006) – After having prepared the Constitution and the ethical principles 100 % ethic and complying utterly with the IOC fundamental principles, after having signed strong financial and political partnerships, after having implemented their first concrete actions ( solidarity actions, shipment of sport material to friendly Federations), the FIABVB founding members, Fédération Internationale des Associations de Beach Volleyball et de Volleyball in founding process, will welcome on 25th and 26th November 2006 in Copenhagen, Denmark capital, all the National Federations, Personalities and Associations, willing to participate and to create the new institution. FIABVB fundamentals are the ethic, the passion for Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, the athletes and everyone practicing these sports; the solidarity for the people from the five continents and the respect of the Olympic spirit and fundamentals principles.
